Y no tuvimos que esperar demasiado. Tras el primer vistazo en fotos, ahora Disney debutó el primer tráiler de Tomorrowland. Una de las películas que más atención genera, ya que será la próxima que dirija Brad Bird, quien previamente deleitó con El Gigante de Acero, Los Increíbles y Misión Imposible 4.
En esta nueva película, todo sigue a los personajes de Britt Robertson y George Clooney, quienes conforman una dupla inusual que busca desenterrar los secretos de un lugar altamente tecnológico. Más allá de eso no necesitan saber, así que vean el siguiente video.

un teaser de 2 minutos! o_O
Se ve interesante esta propuesta, habrá que esperar como se desarrolla su premisa con el material que salga mas adelante pero siendo un nuevo trabajo de Brad bird es algo que de por si ya llama la atención.
Curioso. Vi el teaser y lo primero que me vino a la cabeza fue Pinocho, el capitulo donde viaja al pais de los juguetes. Pero es muy pronto para especular. Con Bird a la ca baza, tiene mi asistencia al cine asegurada.
Me recuerda a ese instante en la novela «El hombre en el castillo» cuando el señor Tagomi, observando el triangulo de plata, pudo ver otra realidad .
Damon Lindelof hablo sobre la peli ayer:
“What Hogwarts is to magic, Tomorrowland is to science: They are both easy to find if you are a wizard and very difficult to find if you’re a Muggle. Walt Disney is not a character in our movie, but he is referenced as having some involvement in this mysterious place called Tomorrowland, as a huge futurist and aficionado of space travel, rocketry, cities of the future, and space travel.”
Suena bastante interesate, más aun cuando habla de los elementos de la historia:
“I’m a huge fan of Bradbury, Heinlein, Sagan and the great genre writers. I do think that The Martian Chronicles are part of a bygone age, but the best sci-fi is also evergreen and just as potent today as it was when it was written. Another big influence for Jeff Jensen and I when we first started talking about this story was Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
Somehow it was able to do what no modern movies are able to do, which is tell a story that doesn’t have a bad guy who is trying to blow up the planet, or giant robots fighting, or lots of karate—though who doesn’t love karate? It was so not plot driven. It was just a pure discovery movie. It was pure what-if. Just that idea of what’s going on here? What does this mean? That was a real jumping off place for a movie like this.”
El trailer me la termino de vender, se ve fascinante.
Hay que ser sinceros, se ve interesante, pero Lindlof no me convence después de Prometheus (que también era re interesante pero se vio arruinada por detalles). El trailer està a toda nalga eso si. Marcada para ser tasada.
Ya lo dijo otro comentario: ¡Un teaser de dos minutos! Extraño los trailer de uno y medio, por dios.
