Todo hacía suponer hace unos meses que la sexta entrega de la saga de los autos enchulados llevaría los niveles de acción aún más allá tras la demencia de Fast Five, al sumar a Jason Statham como el villano de turno. Un personaje al que deberían enfrentar Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, The Rock y compañía. Sin embargo, el actor británico decidió no aceptar la oferta para sumarse a Rápido y Furioso 6, lo que dejó en veremos lo relativo al antagonista de turno.
Pero ahora, y a un mes del declive del calvo, se ha dado a conocer que Luke Evans recibió la oferta para interpretar al personaje en cuestión del que se desconocen detalles por el momento, pero que de seguro no tendrá mayor trascendencia ya que en la franquicia son más importantes los autos, las minas y las escenas de acción pirotécnicas e increíbles como el de esta locura.
Claro que Evans no es el único que se estaría sumando al elenco.
Pero no sólo el actor que interpretará a Bardo el arquero en El Hobbit ronda el proyecto, ya que a esta entrega que trasladará las carreras a Europa también se sumarán Gina Carano de Haywire, el retorno desde la tumba de Michelle Rodriguez y el rumor que apunta a que tras Battleship, la cantante Rihanna también se sumará al elenco.
